Now that the work is done, I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Spicer!

We made the switch from oil to propane with a heat pump and central AC, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. 

The Spicer team removed our oil tank, furnace, old ductwork, registers, and returns. They took the time to evaluate our home, explain our options, and determine what needed to be changed to make the new system work efficiently. They installed new insulated ductwork, enlarged register openings, added returns, and continually assessed the house throughout the project to make sure everything was done right. 

Most importantly, they included Owen every step of the way. They were incredibly patient with him, answered his questions, especially the “Whats your name”, “what are you doing” 50 times a day. After two weeks in our home, they felt like part of the family. 

Now, almost a month later, we’re loving having both heat and AC, depending on what Mother Nature decides to give us here in New England!
